 Triforz will only ship orders within the United States.

Orders placed before 4:00 pm EST will generally ship next Business Day.

Free Deliveries
We're happy to offer FREE shipping in orders over $150, orders typically ship by FedEx Ground® UPS® Ground or USPS.

Triforz has the right to cancel an order that appears fraudulent.  

For your safety, we recommend that each bicycle shipped be checked and assembled by a professional.

Defective Merchandise Return Policy

 If you receive an item that is defective, please contact Customer Service immediately by phone or email. Most Manufacturers allow us to process Warranties in-house. In some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may prefer to handle the issue directly. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is found to be free of defects.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on full price items within 15 days of taking ownership. All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied with all original packaging, paperwork, and receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.



 We will help make a claim with the manufacturer if an item needs warranty. The manufacturer makes the final decisions on all warranties and warranty periods.

When we take a used bike to sell it, we guarantee that it has gone through a professional inspection in which we examine that the components are in good working order and that the frame is not broken or cracked, even so used bicycles do not have a warranty with TRIFORZ.
